Velocity Flow Technologies, a global leader in manufacturing solutions, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our growing team in Salina, Kansas. Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality components as part of a team committed to excellence and innovation.
  • Carry out specific duties based on assigned production areas.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Our Manufacturing Brand Locations in Salina:

  • Vortex Dry Bulk & Solids Facility (West Campus) – Primary production site for bulk and solids handling components.
  • Spectrum Metalcraft (East Campus) – Custom metal fabrication, abrasive blast and precision work.
  • Fortress Blast (East Campus) - Abrasive Blasts Systems.
  • Hamar Automation (North Campus) – Primary CNC Machining and Air Cylinder assembly.

Requirements

What We're Looking for:

  • Technical training or previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Having a willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team-driven culture

Drug and Alcohol Policy

I understand that Velocity Flow Technologies maintains a drug and alcohol policy that may include pre-employment testing and testing during employment. Background and Consumer Reports

Upon written request, Velocity Flow Technologies will provide additional information regarding the nature and scope of any report obtained, as required by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

Benefits Waiting Period

If employed, I understand that eligibility for certain benefits may be subject to a thirty to sixty (30-60) day waiting period, and that the at-will employment relationship remains in effect during and after this period.
