La Persona che entrerà a far parte della nostra squadra avrà l’obiettivo di garantire la continuità produttiva e la sicurezza degli impianti attraverso interventi di manutenzione.

Attività principali

  • Manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di impianti e macchinari linee imbottigliamento (soffiatrici, riempitrici, tappatori, confezionatrici, etichettatrici, trasporti, sistemi di palettizzazione)
  • Manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria di impianti elettrici e quadri di distribuzione
  • Diagnosi e risoluzione guasti meccanici con metodo logico e analisi del problema
  • Installazione e cablaggio di inverter, softstarters e circuiti a relè
  • Configurazione e programmazione di inverter e sistemi di protezione motore (fusibili, interruttori automatici, pacchetti termici)
  • Lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici e documentazione tecnica
  • Diagnosi e risoluzione guasti elettrici su motori AC/DC, circuiti di comando e protezione
  • Gestione e manutenzione di sensori (fotocellule, finecorsa, interruttori di prossimità, encoder, misuratori di flusso, sensori di pressione)
  • Interventi su automazione e PLC (Siemens): conoscenza hardware, sistemi bus, ricerca guasti su ingressi/uscite

Requirements

  • Diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale in ambito elettrico/elettrotecnico
  • Esperienza pregressa nella manutenzione elettrica industriale
  • Capacità di lettura schemi elettrici e utilizzo strumenti di misura
  • Competenze in automazione e conoscenza base PLC Siemens
  • Attitudine al problem solving e lavoro in team
  • Disponibilità a lavorare su turnI
  • Abilitazioni di legge: CEI 11-27 lavori elettrici, lavori in quota, PLE
  • Costituisce un requisito preferenziale il possesso del patentino di 2° grado per la conduzione di generatori di vapore
