Per conto di una prestigiosa realtà industriale internazionale insignita del riconoscimento Best Place to Work (tra le pochissime ed eccellenti realtà a vantarla in provincia di Como), Ali Professional è alla ricerca di un Manutentore / Manutentrice dei Servizi Generali e Infrastrutture di Stabilimento.

Il Ruolo

Inserito nel team di manutenzione e riportando al Responsabile di Stabilimento, la risorsa si occuperà della manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e delle piccole riparazioni sulle infrastrutture del sito e sugli uffici (senza intervento diretto sui macchinari di produzione).

La ricerca è aperta sia a manutentori di stabilimento, sia ad elettricisti o impiantisti civili/industriali desiderosi di interrompere le trasferte ed entrare stabilmente in un contesto di fabbrica strutturato e all'avanguardia.

  • Interventi Elettrici (Focus Preponderante): Sostituzione punti luce, corpi illuminanti LED, prese, interruttori e manutenzione base sui quadri di distribuzione civile/industriale.
  • Interventi Edili & Facility: Piccoli lavori di carpenteria, fissaggio e sostituzione zoccolini/battiscopa, regolazione e ripristino porte, maniglie e infissi negli uffici e nelle aree comuni.
  • Gestione Impianti Generali: Supporto nella gestione delle urgenze manutentive e nel controllo delle infrastrutture di stabilimento.

Requisiti Richiesti

  • Esperienza: Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza come manutentore civile/infrastrutturale o come elettricista cantiere/civilista con spiccata manualità "tuttofare".
  • Qualifiche Tecniche (costituiranno titolo preferenziale):
  • Attestato PES / PAV (lavori elettrici).
  • Abilitazione alla conduzione di Carrelli Elevatori (Muletto) e PLE (Piattaforme di Lavoro Elevabili).
  • Formazione per DPI di 3ª Categoria (lavori in quota).
  • Attitudine: Flessibilità operativa, spirito d'iniziativa, autonomia nella risoluzione di piccoli guasti e problemi di struttura.

Pacchetto Retributivo e Benefit

L'azienda offre un inserimento diretto a TEMPO INDETERMINATO:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: € 32.000 – € 38.000 (commensurata all'effettiva esperienza del candidato).
  • Contratto & Mensilità: CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento Industria con 14 mensilità.
  • Maggiorazioni Straordinari Top di Settore: Trattamento economico per ore straordinarie e festive regolato da Accordo Integrativo Aziendale, con maggiorazioni orarie nettamente superiori rispetto a quanto previsto dal CCNL di categoria.
