Il ruolo

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Manutenzione e avrà la responsabilità di garantire la continuità e il corretto funzionamento delle linee di produzione durante il turno assegnato.

Riportando al Responsabile della Manutenzione, si occuperà di interventi preventivi, programmati e straordinari, contribuendo a mantenere elevati livelli di efficienza, sicurezza e affidabilità degli impianti.

Principali responsabilità

  • Eseguire la manutenzione preventiva, programmata e straordinaria di impianti e macchinari;
  • individuare e risolvere guasti e anomalie di natura meccanica ed elettromeccanica;
  • intervenire tempestivamente per ripristinare la funzionalità delle linee e limitare i fermi produttivi;
  • assicurare l’efficienza e la sicurezza di impianti, macchine e attrezzature;
  • analizzare le cause dei malfunzionamenti e proporre eventuali azioni correttive;
  • collaborare con il personale di produzione per garantire la continuità e l’efficienza dei processi;
  • compilare la documentazione relativa agli interventi effettuati;
  • contribuire alle attività di miglioramento continuo degli impianti.

Requisiti

  • Diploma tecnico in ambito meccanico, meccatronico, elettrotecnico o qualifica equivalente;
  • esperienza nella manutenzione di linee automatiche di produzione o confezionamento;
  • competenze nella ricerca guasti e nella manutenzione meccanica ed elettromeccanica;
  • conoscenza dei sistemi pneumatici e oleodinamici;
  • capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico e, preferibilmente, degli schemi elettrici;
  • rapidità d’intervento, capacità di analisi e autonomia operativa;
  • predisposizione al lavoro in squadra, flessibilità e orientamento all’apprendimento;
  • disponibilità al lavoro su turni.

Si offre

  • Contratto a tempo indeterminato con inserimento diretto presso l’azienda cliente;
  • CCNL Chimico-Industria;
  • RAL indicativa compresa tra 35.000 e 42.000 euro, commisurata all’esperienza e alle competenze;
  • inserimento in una realtà strutturata e operante in un contesto internazionale.
  • Premio Produzione e Welfare Aziendale
