Per conto di una prestigiosa realtà industriale internazionale insignita del riconoscimento Best Place to Work (tra le pochissime ed eccellenti realtà a vantarla in provincia di Como), Ali Professional ricerca un Manutentore o Manutentrice Elettromeccanico/a di Impianto per il sito ad alto valore tecnologico dedicato alle nanotecnologie.

Il Ruolo

Inserita all'interno dello stabilimento dedicato alle nanotecnologie e riportando al Responsabile di Reparto, la risorsa lavorerà direttamente sulle linee di produzione e di processo tecnologico a ciclo continuo.

  • Eseguire interventi di manutenzione preventiva, ordinaria e a guasto con preponderanza elettrica ed elettronica.
  • Diagnosi rapida (troubleshooting) e sostituzione di componenti elettrici, sensori (fotocellule, trasduttori, proximity), cablaggi e quadri di bordo macchina.
  • Interventi di manutenzione meccanica di precisione: sostituzione cuscinetti, valvole, guarnizioni, riduttori e pompe di travaso/dosaggio.
  • Garantire la continuità operativa degli impianti tecnologici nel rispetto delle rigide norme di sicurezza di stabilimento.

Requisiti Fondamentali

  • Formazione: Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico (Perito Elettronico, Elettrotecnico, Meccanico o Automazione).
  • Provenienza Settoriale: È richiesta la provenienza da aziende del settore Chimico, Farmaceutico, Plastico o Impianti di Processo industriali.
  • Competenze Tecniche: Solida capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici complessi e disegno meccanico; conoscenza delle logiche di automazione industriale; idoneità o possesso di attestati PES/PAV, Muletto e PLE.
  • Turnistica: Disponibilità tassativa al lavoro su 3 turni.

Pacchetto Retributivo e Benefit

L'azienda offre un inserimento diretto a TEMPO INDETERMINATO:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: € 32.000 – € 38.000 (commensurata all'effettiva esperienza del candidato).
  • Contratto & Mensilità: CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento Industria con 14 mensilità.
  • Maggiorazioni Straordinari Top di Settore: Trattamento economico per ore straordinarie e festive regolato da Accordo Integrativo Aziendale, con maggiorazioni orarie nettamente superiori rispetto a quanto previsto dal CCNL di categoria.
  • Orario di lavoro: Full-time su 3 TURNI (Disponibilità obbligatoria alla turnazione rotativa)
  • Turnistica: Indennità di turno e maggiorazione notturna dedicate.
  • Premi: Premio di Risultato / Produzione annuale legato ai target aziendali.
