Per conto di una prestigiosa realtà industriale internazionale insignita del riconoscimento Best Place to Work (tra le pochissime ed eccellenti realtà a vantarla in provincia di Como), Ali Professional ricerca un/a Manutentore/trice Specializzato/a Impianti di Finissaggio.

Il Ruolo

La risorsa opererà all'interno del reparto produttivo di finissaggio presso lo stabilimento di Appiano Gentile, rispondendo direttamente al Responsabile di Manutenzione.

  • Eseguire manutenzione preventiva, programmata e a guasto su macchinari specifici di finissaggio (es. rameuse, stender, impianti di asciugatura, vaporizzatori e linee di finissaggio tessile).
  • Diagnosi e riparazione di guasti meccanici ed elettrici per ridurre al minimo i fermi macchina e ottimizzare la produzione.
  • Sostituzione organi meccanici soggetti ad usura (cuscinetti, catene di scorrimento rameuse, riduttori, organi di trasmissione) e taratura della sensoristica di bordo macchina.
  • Collaborazione con i capi turno e la produzione per il miglioramento continuo dell'affidabilità delle linee.

Requisiti Fondamentali

  • Provenienza Settoriale (MANDATORIA): Esperienza consolidata maturata in aziende del settore Tessile (nello specifico: Stamperie, Tintorie o Finissaggi).
  • Competenze Tecniche: Profonda conoscenza meccanica ed elettrica di macchine rameuse e macchinari di nobilitazione tessile. Capacità di lettura dello schema elettrico e del disegno meccanico.
  • Formazione: Diploma di scuola superiore ad indirizzo tecnico o comprovata qualifica sul campo.
  • Qualifiche: Certificazioni PES/PAV, patentino Muletto e PLE (o disponibilità al conseguimento/rinnovo).

Pacchetto Retributivo e Benefit

L'azienda offre un inserimento diretto a TEMPO INDETERMINATO:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: € 32.000 – € 38.000 (commensurata all'effettiva esperienza del candidato).
  • Contratto & Mensilità: CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento Industria con 14 mensilità.
  • Maggiorazioni Straordinari Top di Settore: Trattamento economico per ore straordinarie e festive regolato da Accordo Integrativo Aziendale, con maggiorazioni orarie nettamente superiori rispetto a quanto previsto dal CCNL di categoria.
  • Premi: Premio di Risultato / Produzione annuale legato ai target aziendali.
