Per storica e strutturata azienda alimentare della zona di Malo (VI), specializzata nella lavorazione, macellazione e confezionamento di pollame destinato alla Grande Distribuzione, ricerchiamo un/una:

MANUTENTORE JUNIOR MECCATRONICO

La realtà, a conduzione familiare e con circa 100 dipendenti, sta vivendo una fase di importante evoluzione tecnologica, con l'introduzione di nuove linee di lavorazione automatizzate ad alto contenuto meccatronico.

La figura lavorerà in affiancamento a un manutentore elettromeccanico senior, occupandosi progressivamente della gestione e manutenzione degli impianti produttivi.

Di cosa ti occuperai

In particolare, la risorsa sarà coinvolta in attività di:

  • manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e straordinaria delle linee produttive;
  • individuazione e risoluzione di guasti di natura meccanica, elettrica ed elettronica;
  • interventi sulle linee automatizzate e sui relativi componenti;
  • supporto nella gestione e nel miglioramento dell'efficienza degli impianti;
  • collaborazione con il collega senior nell'organizzazione delle attività manutentive.

L'obiettivo è inserire una persona giovane che possa crescere tecnicamente all'interno dell'azienda, sviluppando nel tempo competenze sempre più approfondite nell'ambito della manutenzione meccatronica e dell'automazione industriale.

Requirements

Ci rivolgiamo a candidati in possesso di:

  • diploma o qualifica tecnica, preferibilmente a indirizzo Meccatronico, Elettronico, Elettrotecnico, Automazione o affine;
  • almeno 1-2 anni di esperienza in manutenzione industriale o in ruoli tecnici analoghi;
  • buone basi elettriche/elettroniche e interesse per il mondo dell'automazione;
  • predisposizione alla ricerca guasti e alla risoluzione di problematiche tecniche;
  • disponibilità al lavoro su 2 turni giornalieri, con organizzazione flessibile delle attività insieme al collega senior.

La provenienza dal settore alimentare rappresenta un plus, ma non costituisce un requisito vincolante: saranno valutati con interesse anche candidati provenienti da altri contesti produttivi caratterizzati da impianti e linee automatizzate.
