Descrizione del ruolo

La figura di Manutentore Meccanico si occupa della manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva sugli impianti produttivi e sui macchinari industriali. Il ruolo richiede una solida preparazione tecnica, capacità di diagnosi guasto, intervento tempestivo e competenza nella gestione di componenti meccanici, elettrici e pneumatici.

Responsabilità principali

  • Eseguire diagnosi, ricerca guasti e interventi di manutenzione su impianti elettromeccanici.
  • Effettuare manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventiva su macchine e linee produttive.
  • Intervenire su componenti meccanici, elettrici, pneumatici e talvolta oleodinamici.
  • Leggere e interpretare schemi elettrici, disegni tecnici e documentazione d’impianto.
  • Assicurare la corretta funzionalità dei macchinari riducendo fermi impianto e inefficienze.
  • Segnalare guasti ricorrenti e proporre soluzioni migliorative ai processi manutentivi.
  • Collaborare con i reparti produttivi e l’ufficio tecnico per ottimizzare la performance degli impianti.
  • Compilare reportistica su interventi eseguiti e aggiornare il registro manutenzioni.

Requisiti

Formazione:

  • Diploma Tecnico (Meccanico, Elettrico, Elettrotecnico, Meccatronico).

Esperienza:

  • 3–5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Manutentore Elettromeccanico.
  • Preferibile esperienza in aziende del settore metalmeccanico, automazione industriale, packaging o macchine speciali.
  • Approccio proattivo, problem solving operativo e forte orientamento alla manutenzione preventiva.

Conoscenze tecniche:

  • Ottima conoscenza di componenti meccaniche, elettriche e pneumatiche.
  • Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e disegni tecnici meccanici.
  • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di diagnosi e misura elettrica (tester, multimetri, pinze amperometriche).
  • Competenze nell’uso di strumenti da officina per interventi meccanici.
  • Conoscenza delle principali tecniche di ricerca guasti e manutenzione predittiva.
  • Autonomia operativa, precisione e attenzione al dettaglio.
  • Capacità di gestione delle priorità e di intervento in contesti produttivi complessi.
