MANUTENTORE MECCANICO SU MACCHINE UTENSILI CNC

L'azienda cliente è un'officina meccanica moderna e fortemente strutturata, specializzata in lavorazioni meccaniche ad alto contenuto tecnologico per diversi settori industriali. Caratterizzata da un parco macchine all'avanguardia e da un ambiente di lavoro dinamico e orientato al miglioramento continuo, offre un contesto stabile e fortemente meritocratico.

IL RUOLO:

La risorsa inserita all'interno dell'area manutenzione, rispondendo al Responsabile di Stabilimento, si occuperà di garantire la massima efficienza e la continuità operativa del parco macchine aziendale, composto da torni CNC, frese e centri di lavoro.

Nello specifico, le mansioni comprenderanno:

  • Manutenzione Programmata e Preventiva: Esecuzione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e preventiva sui macchinari CNC, secondo i piani aziendali definiti, per ridurre al minimo i fermi impianto.
  • Ricerca Guasti: Diagnostica rapida ed efficace (ricerca guasto meccanico, idraulico e pneumatico) in caso di fermo macchina improvviso o anomalia di funzionamento.
  • Manutenzione Straordinaria e Riparazione: Interventi di riparazione e ripristino meccanico, sostituzione di componenti usurati o danneggiati (mandrini, guide, cuscinetti, sistemi di trasmissione) e smontaggio/rimontaggio di gruppi complessi.
  • Revisione e Test: Collaudo post-intervento e verifica delle tolleranze geometriche e di allineamento sui macchinari riparati.

Requirements

  • Diploma ad indirizzo Meccanico, Meccatronico o qualifica professionale equivalente.
  • Esperienza consolidata (almeno 3-5 anni) nella manutenzione meccanica di macchine utensili ad asportazione truciolo (Torni CNC, Frese, Centri di Lavoro).
  • Eccellente capacità di lettura dello schema meccanico, oleodinamico e pneumatico.
  • Padronanza nell'utilizzo dei principali strumenti da banco, macchine utensili tradizionali (fresa/tornio manuale) e strumenti di misura di precisione.
  • Forte attitudine al problem solving, orientamento all'operatività di cantiere/officina e autonomia decisionale nella gestione dell'emergenza.

  • Inquadramento e Contratto: Assunzione diretta in azienda con contratto a Tempo Indeterminato, all'interno di un contesto solido che garantisce stabilità e valorizzazione delle competenze.
  • Retribuzione: RAL compresa nel range € 35.000 - € 45.000, commisurata all'effettiva seniority e all'autonomia tecnica del candidato.
  • Orario di Lavoro: Full-time in giornata, con richiesta di disponibilità il sabato mattina per gli interventi programmati di manutenzione.
