IL RUOLO

Cerchiamo un professionista con una solida esperienza in contesti produttivi, autonomo nella diagnosi e nella risoluzione dei guasti e con una forte attitudine al problem solving tecnico.

La persona entrerà a far parte del Team Manutenzione e, a diretto riporto del Responsabile, avrà un ruolo operativo e strategico nel garantire affidabilità, efficienza e continuità degli impianti e delle macchine di produzione.

RESPONSABILITÀ

La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:

· eseguire attività di manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva e correttiva su macchine utensili, linee produttive e sistemi automatizzati;

· diagnosticare e risolvere in autonomia guasti di natura elettrica, elettronica, meccanica, pneumatica e oleodinamica;

· intervenire su macchine utensili CNC, tra cui torni, frese, rettifiche e centri di lavoro;

· intervenire su robot antropomorfi, linee di assemblaggio e sistemi di automazione;

· ricercare e analizzare guasti su azionamenti, inverter, sensori, PLC, CNC e sistemi di controllo;

· leggere e interpretare schemi elettrici, pneumatici e oleodinamici, oltre alla documentazione tecnica delle macchine;

· collaborare all'analisi delle cause dei guasti (root cause analysis) e all'individuazione di azioni correttive e preventive;

· contribuire allo sviluppo delle attività di manutenzione preventiva e predittiva, con l'obiettivo di aumentare affidabilità e disponibilità degli impianti;

· supportare il miglioramento del sistema di manutenzione e della relativa reportistica, anche attraverso l'utilizzo di sistemi CMMS;

· interfacciarsi con costruttori, fornitori e società di service, coordinandone e supportandone gli interventi;

· contribuire all'evoluzione delle attività manutentive in ottica automazione, digitalizzazione e Smart Factory.

Requirements

Il candidato ideale possiede:

· Diploma tecnico, preferibilmente in ambito elettrotecnico, elettronico, meccanico, meccatronico o equivalente;

· almeno 8 anni di esperienza maturata in aziende di service/manutenzione di impianti e macchinari o in contesti produttivi industriali

· comprovata autonomia nella gestione degli interventi di manutenzione e nella ricerca guasti;

· solide competenze in ambito elettromeccanico;

· conoscenza di PLC, CNC, inverter, azionamenti, sensoristica e sistemi di automazione;

· capacità di interpretare schemi elettrici, pneumatici e oleodinamici e documentazione tecnica;

· conoscenza dei principi di manutenzione preventiva e predittiva;

· familiarità con le logiche di automazione industriale e Smart Factory;

· capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con fornitori, costruttori e società di service;

· buona capacità di lavorare in squadra, mantenendo al tempo stesso un elevato livello di autonomia operativa.

Saranno considerati elementi preferenziali:

· esperienza specifica su centri di lavoro CNC;

· esperienza su macchine OKUMA, MAKINO, MORI SEIKI, MAZAK, FANUC o equivalenti;

· esperienza approfondita su PLC e sistemi CNC;

· precedenti esperienze di service presso clienti;

· esperienza nella gestione autonoma di interventi tecnici complessi;

· conoscenza e utilizzo di sistemi CMMS;

· esperienza in progetti di manutenzione predittiva, digitalizzazione e Smart Factory.

ORGANIZZAZIONE DEL LAVORO

La posizione prevede la disponibilità al lavoro su due turni giornalieri:

· 06:00 – 13:30

· 13:30 – 21:00

Si richiede la disponibilità alla reperibilità notturna, attualmente in fase di riorganizzazione, da effettuarsi a rotazione all’interno del personale del team di manutenzione.
