The posting

Per una solida realtà industriale sita nei pressi di Pontevico, operante nella lavorazione di rame e alluminio a servizio di differenti settori industriali, siamo alla ricerca di 2 figure da inserire nel team di Manutenzione, una junior e una senior.

L’azienda conta, sul sito per il quale stiamo selezionando, circa 90 dipendenti, ed è parte di un Gruppo riconosciuto come leader a livello internazionale nel settore di riferimento;

la squadra di manutenzione è composta a oggi da due figure senior e un responsabile, che lavorano su giornata da lunedì a venerdì (con possibilità di trascorrere in azienda la pausa pranzo);

la produzione lavora invece su 3 turni, e ai manutentori è richiesta disponibilità alla reperibilità a turnazione (una settimana ogni mese e mezzo, indicativamente).

Attività principali:

Interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su impianti e macchinari industriali automatizzati;

Diagnosi guasti e attività di ripristino funzionalità;

Interventi su componentistica meccanica ed elettromeccanica;

Supporto alle attività di miglioramento e prevenzione guasti;

Collaborazione con produzione per garantire continuità ed efficienza dei processi.

Requirements

Per il profilo Senior:

Esperienza consolidata nella manutenzione meccanica industriale;

Buona autonomia nella ricerca guasti e negli interventi su impianti;

Costituisce plus una formazione o esperienza elettromeccanica.

Per il profilo Junior:

Diploma tecnico (meccanico, elettrico o elettromeccanico);

Esperienza anche breve in ambito manutentivo o contesti produttivi;

Interesse a sviluppare competenze tecniche in ambito industriale.

Si offre inserimento diretto e a tempo indeterminato, all’interno di un contesto aziendale solido e tecnicamente all’avanguardia, con possibilità di crescita professionale e affiancamento strutturato all’interno del team manutentivo.

L’ambiente di lavoro è collaborativo, informale e fortemente inclusivo, con possibilità di interfaccia frequente con le figure apicali.

RAL di riferimento:

28 – 32.000 € di RAL, per il profilo junior;

35 – 40.000 € di RAL, per il profilo senior.
