Buscamos un/a Market & Data Analyst para sumarse a un equipo de Inteligencia Estratégica y ayudar a transformar datos, tendencias y señales de mercado en insights accionables para la toma de decisiones.

En este rol tendrás una mirada transversal del negocio: analizarás mercados, competidores, consumidores y canales, identificarás oportunidades y riesgos, y trabajarás junto a equipos de Producto, Marketing, Finanzas y Strategy para convertir tus análisis en recomendaciones concretas.

Buscamos a alguien con una combinación de pensamiento analítico, curiosidad por entender el mercado y capacidad para comunicar información compleja de manera simple y clara.

🚀 ¿Qué vas a hacer?

  • Realizar investigaciones de mercado cuantitativas y cualitativas, incluyendo benchmarking, análisis de tendencias y segmentación.
  • Analizar competidores, mercados, productos, canales y comportamiento de consumidores.
  • Construir y mantener dashboards de inteligencia competitiva y estratégica.
  • Analizar la rentabilidad y potencial de diferentes mercados, productos y canales de distribución.
  • Participar en la construcción de escenarios y modelos de mercado y negocio.
  • Elaborar reportes periódicos con insights, conclusiones y recomendaciones accionables.
  • Monitorear tendencias macroeconómicas, regulatorias y sectoriales que puedan impactar el negocio.
  • Gestionar y analizar bases de datos internas y fuentes externas de información.
  • Identificar patrones, oportunidades y riesgos a partir de diferentes fuentes de datos.
  • Trabajar de manera transversal con equipos de Producto, Marketing, Finanzas y Strategy.
  • Presentar resultados e insights a stakeholders de diferentes áreas y niveles de seniority.

🔎 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria en Economía, Estadística, Data Science, Administración de Empresas o carreras relacionadas.
  • 3 a 4 años de experiencia en market research, business intelligence, data analysis, estrategia o consultoría.
  • Experiencia realizando análisis de mercado y competitive intelligence.
  • Dominio de herramientas como Excel, Power BI o Tableau.
  • Conocimientos de SQL, Python o R serán un plus.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con grandes volúmenes de información y diferentes fuentes de datos.
  • Experiencia transformando datos y análisis en conclusiones y recomendaciones concretas.
  • Inglés profesional fluido, tanto oral como escrito.
  • Excelente capacidad de comunicación y presentación de información.

  • Comunicación transversal: puedes explicar análisis complejos a personas con diferentes niveles de conocimiento técnico.
  • Proactividad: eres capaz de identificar qué información hace falta y buscarla sin esperar instrucciones detalladas.
