Their services include website design, SEO, social media marketing, online reputation management, branding, and digital marketing strategy.

They take a personalized, results-oriented approach to supporting their clients, emphasizing responsive service, strong client relationships, and high-quality marketing deliverables. They are looking for a proactive and organized professional to support their day-to-day marketing and administrative operations, helping ensure content, client communications, and projects run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations, social media management, client communications, and administrative tasks. This person will help ensure marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on time while keeping projects, schedules, and client-related tasks organized.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, energetic, and highly organized professional with strong English communication skills and a warm, friendly demeanor. They should be comfortable engaging in conversations with clients, communicate clearly and confidently in English, and bring a positive attitude to their daily interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Management

  • Create and schedule social media content across multiple platforms using Canva and Metricool.
  • Manage content calendars and blog posting, ensuring content is delivered on time.
  • Ensure social media posts are scheduled and published on time through Metricool.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy and quality before release.
  • Use ChatGPT to assist with marketing and content-related tasks.

Marketing Coordination & Client Support

  • Prepare client marketing proposals using existing templates.
  • Occasionally follow up on emails to confirm meetings and next steps.
  • Occasionally communicate directly with clients.

Administrative & Virtual Assistant Support

  • Manage and organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Assist with task management and various virtual assistant duties.
  • Attend brief daily meetings to review tasks and align them with client goals and timelines.
  • Submit an end-of-day task list summarizing completed tasks.
  • Prepare invoices for clients and contractors as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in virtual assistance, marketing coordination, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Canva and ChatGPT.
  • Experience creating and scheduling social media content using Metricool or a similar platform.
  • Experience using email platforms such as Microsoft Outlook for professional communication.
  • Experience with WhatsApp for daily communication and messaging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Google Business Profile, Constant Contact, and JotForm.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or customer relationship management processes.
  • Previous sales experience is a big plus.
  • Experience preparing invoices and supporting basic administrative or financial processes.
  • Familiarity with blog publishing and content calendar management.

Benefits
