Η ΙCAP Employment Solutions, αναζητά Marketing & Communications Specialist για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα εταιρίας – πελάτη με δραστηριότητα στο χώρο επενδύσεων & εξαγωγών, σε κεντρική περιοχή της Αθήνας, ο οποίος θα συμμετέχει ενεργά στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση ενεργειών Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding και Εταιρικής Επικοινωνίας.

Ο ρόλος συνδυάζει στρατηγική σκέψη, δημιουργικότητα και hands-on υλοποίηση, με συμμετοχή σε digital campaigns, δημιουργία περιεχομένου, social media, branding, εταιρικές δράσεις και εκδηλώσεις!

Αρμοδιότητες :

Marketing & Digital Marketing

  • Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη και την υλοποίηση του ετήσιου Marketing Plan.
  • Υλοποίηση ενεργειών και campaigns Digital Marketing.
  • Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση της digital παρουσίας της εταιρείας.
  • Παρακολούθηση και αξιοποίηση των σύγχρονων τάσεων και εργαλείων του Digital Marketing.

Digital Content & Social Media

  • Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη περιεχομένου για Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram και λοιπά digital κανάλια.
  • Δημιουργία και επιμέλεια περιεχομένου, όπως articles, newsletters, infographics, videos και λοιπό επικοινωνιακό υλικό.
  • Ενημέρωση και βελτιστοποίηση της εταιρικής ιστοσελίδας και micro-sites για ειδικές δράσεις
  • Συντονισμός και υλοποίηση email marketing campaigns.

Branding & Corporate Communication

  • Συμμετοχή στην ανάπτυξη και υλοποίηση εφαρμογών της εταιρικής ταυτότητας.
  • Συμμετοχή σε ενέργειες κλαδικού και προϊοντικού branding.
  • Υλοποίηση branding και communication ενεργειών για τις δράσεις της εταιρείας.
  • Συνεργασία με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες για την παραγωγή ψηφιακού και έντυπου επικοινωνιακού υλικού.

Events & Corporate Actions

  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό, συντονισμό και την υλοποίηση εκδηλώσεων, συνεδρίων και εταιρικών δράσεων.
  • Συντονισμός με συνεργάτες, υποστηρικτές, προμηθευτές και διοργανωτές.
  • Υλοποίηση ενεργειών επικοινωνίας πριν, κατά τη διάρκεια και μετά τις εκδηλώσεις.
  • Υποστήριξη των Marketing & Communication ενεργειών άλλων τομέων της εταιρείας.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ σε Marketing, Επικοινωνία, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • 2-3 έτη επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications ή συναφή ρόλο.
  • Μεταπτυχιακό σε Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategy ή συναφές αντικείμενο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας, σε γραπτό και προφορικό επίπεδο.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση και χρήση Η/Υ και εξοικείωση με digital εργαλεία.
  • Γνώση social media και digital communication πρακτικών.
  • Πρόσθετη ξένη γλώσσα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.

  • Δημιουργική σκέψη και ενδιαφέρον για το Marketing και την Επικοινωνία.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών projects και αυστηρών deadlines.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διαφορετικές ομάδες και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.
  • Προσαρμοστικότητα, ευελιξία και διάθεση να αναλαμβάνει πρωτοβουλίες.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και συνέπεια στην υλοποίηση.
  • Ικανότητα να μετατρέπει μια ιδέα σε συγκεκριμένη ενέργεια και αποτέλεσμα.
