Our client, a growing construction company specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects throughout the North Carolina High Country, is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both the creative and strategic sides of marketing. The ideal candidate will help strengthen the company's brand, showcase completed projects, support business development efforts, and play an important role in telling the story behind the company's work.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and other business development materials, including RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Develop and update project sheets, employee resumes, project portfolios, and case studies.
  • Manage and update website content, project galleries, and company information.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field staff, and leadership to gather project updates, photography, and milestone information.
  • Coordinate photography and documentation of completed projects for marketing purposes.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all print, digital, and marketing materials.
  • Track website traffic, social media engagement, and other marketing metrics to help evaluate campaign performance.
  • Assist with community events, networking opportunities, industry conferences, trade shows, and company marketing initiatives.
  • Support additional marketing and administrative projects as assigned.

Schedule

  • Full-time

  • Occasional local travel to project sites, community events, and networking opportunities

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience creating marketing content for both print and digital platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software.
  • Familiarity with social media management and website content management systems (WordPress or similar preferred).
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous marketing experience within the construction, architecture, engineering (AEC), homebuilding, or commercial real estate industries.
  • Experience preparing proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, or other business development materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation software, Google Analytics, or SEO best practices.
  • Photography and/or videography experience is a plus.
