What Motivates Us

There is room for everyone! We empower each other to innovate and create processes that use technology to generate meaningful, lasting change. We enjoy the challenge of finding solutions to problems that are not a way around it but through it. We’re driven by the opportunity to help enterprises and their employees around the world to contribute to their communities.

When You Join the Team

  • You’ll join a movement from the ground floor and a team of purpose-driven people with a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride that we’re building this thing together.
  • You’ll combine passion, purpose, and a paycheck—Visit.org team members get out of bed every day knowing their work is meaningful and has a tangible impact on individuals and communities around the world.

About Visit.org:

Visit.org is a women-led Certified B Corporation that designs and delivers full-scale volunteering programs for global companies, with volunteering experiences built with vetted nonprofit partners and rooted in real community needs in 100+ countries and 40+ languages. Trusted by teams at companies like Amazon, Colgate, Paramount, and Cisco, Visit.org acts as an extension of lean CSR teams to run global volunteering that employees love and nonprofits trust.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns for events, social media, email, website, sales initiatives, and product launches.
  • Evolve and maintain Visit.org's visual identity, ensuring consistency and a premium brand experience across every customer touchpoint.
  • Design and oversee the production of marketing assets, including social content, presentations, event materials, landing pages, digital ads, and videos.
  • Own the visual identity and creative assets for Visit.org events, conferences, and sponsorships, including booth design, signage, presentations, workshop materials, and promotional assets, delivered on deadline.
  • Sharpen headlines and campaign copy, and apply an editorial polish to AI-drafted collateral so words and design land as one piece.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and executive leadership to translate business goals into compelling creative solutions.
  • Bring fresh ideas, design trends, AI-powered creative workflows, and new storytelling approaches that help Visit.org stand out in the CSR and employee engagement market.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative roles, with a track record of leading creative work from concept through delivery.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-level creative work across digital marketing, social media, presentations, and video (portfolio required with application).
  • Fluent professional English, written and spoken; this role works daily with a US-based team and creates content for US-market audiences.
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and modern design tools such as Figma and Canva.
  • Experience building and maintaining brand systems, including visual identity guidelines, templates, and asset libraries that scale across teams.
  • Strong video editing and motion design skills, with experience producing content for social, marketing, and events.
  • Experience adopting AI-powered creative tools and workflows to increase output quality and speed.
  • Strong editorial instincts: you notice weak headlines and clunky copy, and you can improve them.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate business objectives into creative direction.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or mission-driven brands is a plus.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology.
  • Must be available to travel as needed to support business objectives. Expected travel may be up to 25% of the time, depending on the role and operational needs.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
