As our Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, elevate brand awareness, and enhance our market presence. You will lead a dynamic marketing team, leverage data-driven approaches, and collaborate across departments to ensure our messaging resonates with both business owners looking to sell and buyers seeking new opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics and AI tools to measure, optimize, and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Oversee content creation including digital, social media, email campaigns, and thought leadership materials.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Bizbe at the forefront of marketing innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Director or senior marketing leader in a B2B environment, preferably in finance, technology, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and data analytics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and scaling marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
