  • Segment contact lists by audience, interest, and engagement so each message reaches the right people.
  • Write subject lines and email copy, and run A/B tests to improve open, click, and conversion rates.

  • Maintain the email calendar as part of the broader marketing calendar.
  • Report on email performance, connecting results to leads, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and revenue.

Digital Marketing

  • Maintain company websites (WordPress/Elementor), including back-end work, page creation and editing, and managing services pages.
  • Coordinate webinar logistics and content.
  • Manage LinkedIn and support broader social media efforts, maintaining a professional tone and regularly ideating original content.
  • Support brand messaging and messaging strategy.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.

Marketing Operations

  • Coordinate concurrent initiatives, deadlines, and cross-functional work with sales, consultants, and leadership.
  • Track project progress, organize marketing assets, and ensure deliverables ship on time.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards, and report on lead generation metrics (open rates, click-through rates, website visits, lead conversion, and revenue impact).
  • Manage HubSpot (or similar) marketing automation, including workflow and automation setup.
  • Route qualified leads to sales and coordinate cross-channel communication with sales reps.
  • Manage marketing tech administration, including third-party vendor relationships, tool approvals, access, and serving as super admin across marketing tools.

  • Create simple graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.
  • Update resumes, presentations, and marketing documents.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.

Work Style & Collaboration

  • Show initiative by proactively identifying gaps and stepping in to address them
  • Communicate closely with marketing teammates, staying in sync on projects and collaborating throughout the process - for example, proofing each other's work before it goes live.
  • Stay flexible as priorities shift throughout the day and be ready to pivot when an urgent request comes up.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently, often requiring different mindsets throughout the day.
  • Operate comfortably with ambiguity and under pressure, as day-to-day workload and structure can vary significantly.

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Email marketing experience - demonstrated ability to leverage email as a lead generation channel that drives Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and revenue, beyond engagement metrics such as opens and clicks.

Comfort with travel is required.

  • Adaptability and ability to pivot quickly - must handle multiple priorities, take executive feedback, and work under pressure.

  • Technical audience marketing - ability to market to a technical/compliance audience.
  • Experience updating website content.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management and project coordination skills.

SP6 ensures that organizations get Beyond the Buzzwords ® and delivers Expert Services centered around (3) convergent areas: AI Governance, AI Security, and AI Systems Resiliency. SP6 leads organizational initiatives around:

AI Governance, Risk & Compliance Services

  • Establishing and enhancing controls around the safe use of AI via Subject Matter Experts on leading industry frameworks including ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, and CSA AI Control Matrix.
  • Evaluating organizations’ adherence to these standards, whether that be for self-monitoring of controls to mitigate risk or adherence to regulatory requirements including the EU AI Act, various state insurance regulation tied to the NAIC Model Bulletin, and other statutory requirements.

AI Security

  • Hands-on implementation (tooling, training, technical controls) to operationalize organizational standards.
  • This technical tool advisement and configuration work becomes both the connective tissue to policy as well as the assurance of risk mitigation, from monitoring AI usage (both sanctioned and shadow) and configuring network, endpoint, DLP, SIEM, and other tools with practical defensive security measures.

AI System Resiliency

  • Ensuring that systems or services that are AI-led are behaving as expected, providing an uninterrupted and seamless user experience.
  • This practice area also assists clients with managing and reducing unnecessary AI token spend.

These services co-exist with legacy expertise and services from SP6 in the Security Operations (SIEM), as the SIEM is an organization’s primary tool for security detection and analysis; as well as our existing Cyber Compliance expertise in Cyber Risk & Compliance (CRC) services.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
