  • Own campaign and attribution setup, including UTM governance, campaign objects, source tracking, and multi-touch attribution reporting
  • Manage integrations across website(experience with wordpress and shopify is a plus), ecommerce, product and trial signup flows, BI tools, and third-party vendors, and validate that data passes correctly end to end
  • Develop and maintain lead scoring and qualification models to prioritize sales outreach

Reporting and Analysis

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Sigma that give marketing, sales, and leadership a shared view of funnel performance
  • Track and analyze traffic, trials, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline contribution to surface trends and opportunities

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
