Material Handler – Manufacturing | $17/Hour

McConnelsville, OH | Full-Time | Multiple Openings

WSB Solutions is hiring multiple Material Handlers for a manufacturing facility in McConnelsville, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being an important part of the production process.

Pay: $17.00/hour Schedule: 12-hour shifts Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Rotating Schedule | Some Weekends Required

What You'll Do

  • Move and stage materials throughout the facility
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport materials safely
  • Deliver materials to production areas as needed
  • Keep materials properly stocked and organized
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Communicate with production employees and supervisors
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Help keep production running efficiently and on schedule

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred
  • Forklift experience is preferred
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials safely
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
  • High school diploma or GED

What You'll Need

  • Steel-toe boots required
  • High-visibility shirt required
  • Safety glasses provided

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful, but we're looking for people who are dependable, safety-focused, willing to work, and able to stay productive throughout a 12-hour shift.
