The posting

El principal propósito de esta área es el suministro y manejo del inventario en el área de la bodega. Recibir, organizar y revisar el material que ingresa a las instalaciones, asegurando las mejores condiciones de la materia prima que se compra o se obtiene por parte de los proveedores. Mantiene un control exhaustivo de lo que ingresa y sale y asegura que la bodega esté en óptimas condiciones de orden, limpieza, seguridad.

Roles y responsabilidades:

  • Recibir el material que la empresa adquirió, así como revisar y organizar las compras, asegurando la óptima calidad de todos los materiales.
  • Inventariar los productos que entren a la empresa, ejerciendo un control realmente exhaustivo.
  • Mantener un control codificado de cada uno de los materiales, contabilizando y manteniendo alto nivel de organización para que estos estén seguros dentro de las instalaciones.
  • Asegurar un alto nivel control de despacho y recibimiento del material, creando para ello guías donde se ordenen los despachos o salidas de material.
  • Mantener en óptimas condiciones el lugar de trabajo. La bodega se vuelve el lugar de trabajo de muchas personas, además de ser el espacio designado para recibir material que una empresa utiliza en sus procesos de producción.

Requirements

  • Secundaria completa
  • Licencia D3 para montacargas
  • Capacidad para leer, analizar e interpretar procedimientos, tablas, códigos
  • Capacidad para presentar información de manera efectiva y responder a las preguntas de compañeros de trabajo y gerentes.
  • Capacidad para sumar, restar, multiplicar y dividir en todas las unidades de medida, utilizando números enteros, fracciones comunes y decimales. Capacidad para calcular la tasa, la proporción y el porcentaje y para dibujar e interpretar gráficos.
  • Capacidad para definir problemas, recopilar datos, establecer hechos y sacar conclusiones válidas.
  • Orientado a la atención al detalle.
  • Velar por las políticas de EHS y calidad en el turno.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones afines de bodega e inventarios. Preferible si ha trabajado en posiciones operativas que impliquen el manejo de los materiales del inventario.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas de calidad en industria regulada.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas operativos de bodega (deseable Epicor)
  • Deseable formación técnica en áreas afines.
  • Deseable experiencia laboral en ambientes controlados de industria altamente controlada.
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar horas extras.
