Sobre el Rol

El Mecánico de Mantención Senior será responsable de ejecutar las labores de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de una amplia gama de equipos y maquinaria pesada, asegurando su óptimo funcionamiento y disponibilidad. Este puesto requiere una alta capacidad de diagnóstico, resolución de problemas y cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y calidad.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos manipuladores, grúas, horquillas y maquinaria pesada.
  • Diagnosticar y reparar fallas en sistemas hidráulicos, neumáticos, eléctricos y electrónicos de equipos complejos.
  • Interpretar planos hidráulicos, eléctricos y electrónicos para la identificación y solución de problemas.
  • Ejecutar el mantenimiento de herramientas hidráulicas y neumáticas menores (ej. Enerpac, Power Team, gatas, bombas).
  • Realizar soldaduras para la reparación y fabricación de componentes mecánicos.
  • Asegurar el mantenimiento de la flota menor, incluyendo camionetas (Toyota, Mitsubishi).
  • Mantener un registro detallado de las intervenciones y reportar el estado de los equipos.
  • Cumplir con todas las normativas de seguridad y procedimientos internos de la compañía.

Requisitos

  • Formación técnica de nivel medio en Mecánica Automotriz, Maquinaria Pesada o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en mantenimiento mecánico, preferentemente en el sector minero.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia comprobable en:
  1. Mantenimiento de manipuladores (Manitou, Magni 3512/2711).
  2. Mantenimiento de grúas y horquillas (Hyster 550/700).
  3. Mantenimiento de maquinaria pesada (Komatsu WD-600, CAT 988).
  4. Mantenimiento de camiones (Hino, International 7600).
  5. Diagnóstico e interpretación de planos hidráulicos, eléctricos y electrónicos en maquinaria pesada.
  6. Mantenimiento de herramientas hidráulicas y neumáticas menores.
  7. Mantenimiento de bombas hidráulicas y sistemas neumáticos.
  8. Técnicas de soldadura.
  • Licencia de conducir clase B vigente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo, proactividad y orientación a resultados.
  • Fuerte compromiso con la seguridad y calidad en el trabajo.
