Descrizione della posizione In qualità di Meccanico nell'ambito Automotive, farai parte di un team in crescita, responsabile della supervisione di tutti gli aspetti tecnici fondamentali della nostra flotta di veicoli in Italia. Ciò include ispezioni dei veicoli , diagnostica , coordinamento delle riparazioni , controllo qualità e preparazione complessiva della flotta . Il tuo background tecnico e la tua esperienza pratica garantiranno che tutti i veicoli soddisfino gli standard di sicurezza, prestazioni e qualità dell'azienda.

Responsabilità

  • Coordinare i processi di ispezione, diagnosi e riparazione dei veicoli.
  • Collaborare con fornitori di servizi, meccanici e tecnici per garantire un'elevata qualità del servizio.
  • Eseguire valutazioni tecniche e garantire che i veicoli soddisfino gli standard aziendali.
  • Monitorare e gestire i programmi di manutenzione dei veicoli.
  • Supportare la preparazione del veicolo prima della consegna e i controlli di qualità.
  • Analizzare i problemi meccanici, proporre soluzioni tecniche e seguire le azioni correttive.
  • Garantire il rispetto di tutte le normative automobilistiche italiane applicabili.

Requisiti richiesti

  • Almeno 1 anno di comprovata esperienza lavorativa specifica come meccanico, nel settore automobilistico o della mobilità.
  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi meccanici dei veicoli, tra cui gruppo propulsore, sospensioni, freni e componenti elettrici.
  • Esperienza nell'esecuzione di procedure diagnostiche, ispezioni di veicoli e coordinamento di riparazioni o interventi tecnici.
  • Comprovata esperienza delle ispezione tecniche dei veicoli e conoscenza dei requisiti necessari per la documentazione tecnica.
  • Capacità di identificare problemi meccanici e proporre soluzioni idoenee ed efficaci
  • Capace di stabilire ottime relazioni interpersonali con tecnici, fornitori e team interfunzionali.
  • Capace di operare in un ambiente dinamico, imprenditoriale e in continua evoluzione.
