The posting

Ali Professional, Divisione Diversity & Inclusion, ricerca per azienda cliente una figura di Meccanico appartenente alle Categorie Protette (L. 68/99), in un'ottica di supporto alle aziende nell'assolvimento degli obblighi di inserimento lavorativo previsti dalla normativa vigente.

La risorsa si occuperà di:

  • Eseguire interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e programmata sui mezzi aziendali;
  • Verificare l'efficienza e la sicurezza di macchinari, attrezzature e utensili;
  • Effettuare attività di diagnosi, ricerca guasti e riparazione;
  • Collaborare con il team tecnico interno e con fornitori esterni per la risoluzione delle problematiche tecniche;
  • Garantire il corretto funzionamento della flotta composta da macchine movimento terra, piattaforme aeree, carrelli elevatori, movimentatori telescopici e attrezzature per l'edilizia.

Sede di lavoro: Pioltello (MI)

Requirements

  • Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette (L. 68/99);
  • Esperienza nella manutenzione e riparazione di mezzi e attrezzature industriali, agricole, edili o assimilabili;
  • Buone competenze meccaniche e capacità di diagnosi dei guasti;

Benefits

Si offre un iniziale contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, finalizzato alla successiva stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato.

L'orario di lavoro è full time, dal lunedì al venerdì, con fascia indicativa 8:30 - 17:30 e possibilità di flessibilità in ingresso e in uscita.

L'inquadramento è previsto secondo il CCNL Servizi, con riconoscimento della 14ª mensilità.

La RAL si collocherà in un range compreso tra 25.000 e 35.000 euro lordi annui.

La ricerca è rivolta esclusivamente a candidati iscritti alle Categorie Protette ai sensi della Legge 68/99.
