About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Technical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial and specialized fitness equipment at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Commissioning: Install and set up fitness equipment and technical systems at client locations according to company and manufacturer standards.
  • Testing & Handover: Ensure all equipment is fully configured, tested, and operational before handing over to the client.
  • Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventive maintenance and rapid corrective repairs to ensure continuous performance and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues accurately and implement effective solutions on-site.
  • Client Engagement: Provide clear technical guidance and support to clients while representing the company with high professionalism.
  • Documentation & Safety: Accurately document service reports, maintenance logs, and spare parts usage while strictly following health and safety protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related discipline).
  • Experience: 1–3+ years of practical, hands-on field experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems (experience in the fitness equipment or sports facility industry is highly preferred).
  • Certifications: Technical maintenance or Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) certificates are a strong plus.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency with field service tools and basic electronic diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and handle heavy equipment when required.
  • Willingness to travel between client sites in Cairo and respond to emergency breakdowns.
