【職務内容】

先進的かつ高い顧客価値を持つソリューションとしての自動倉庫を構成するロボット、構造体を設計・開発し、新たな価値を創造する志をもった人材を求めています。

  • 要求される性能（強度、耐荷重、歪等）に対応するロボットおよび構造体の設計・開発
  • 社外の設計者、サプライヤー、メーカーとの協業
  • プラスチック成型における成型手法決定、構造設計、流動解析
  • 金型設計に対するアドバイス
  • 製品設計の3Dモデル、組立図、部品図、公差スタックアップ解析の作成
  • QAチームとプロトタイプの検証と妥当性確認
  • 信頼性、保守性、ライフサイクルコストを考慮した量産製品の開発検討

Requirements

【必須条件】

  • 工学の学士号および修士号（最低要件以上の実務経験があれば、工学の学位がなくても可）
  • 3年以上の電気機械式自動化装置に重点を置いた製品開発経験（自動車、航空宇宙、サービスロボット業界であれば尚良）
  • 高分子化学に関する知識
  • 構造（設計）工学に精通していること
  • 材料力学に関する知識があること。
  • 自主的に行動し、複数のエンジニアからなるチームと協働する能力
  • 体系的に考え、結果を重視し、細部まで拘って業務に取り組むことができる
  • 高い自発性と実証された分析的な問題解決能力
  • ビジネスレベルの英語

【歓迎条件】

  • Solidworksまたは同等のCADソフトを使用した経験及び強度解析やその他の解析経験
  • 消費者向け製品の量産設計経験および生産開始経験
  • 建築設計の基本的な知識
  • 樹脂成型経験
  • プラスチックを使用したロボット／機械システムの設計・開発経験
  • 上級英語、および英語学習意欲
