  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance according to approved checklists.
  • Respond quickly to production-line breakdowns and restore equipment safely.
  • Inspect, dismantle, repair, replace, and reassemble mechanical components.

Required Technical Experience

Candidates should have strong practical knowledge of:

  • Thermoforming stations and molds
  • Plastic-film feeding, tracking, and tension systems
  • Heating systems and heating zones
  • Vacuum systems
  • Pneumatic cylinders, valves, and air-control components
  • Filling mechanisms, pumps, and filling nozzles
  • Lid-film feeding and alignment systems
  • Heat-sealing stations

Candidates must be able to assist in diagnosing and correcting:

  • Poor or incomplete cup forming
  • Film misalignment, slipping, or incorrect tension
  • Water leakage or incorrect filling volume
  • Weak, uneven, or incomplete sealing
  • Cutting and punching problems
  • Machine timing and synchronization faults
  • Abnormal vibration, noise, wear, or overheating
  • Repeated machine stoppages

Experience with Thermonox, Beta-Pak, or technically similar high-speed machines is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical certificate or diploma in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience on thermoforming/FFS cup production machines.
  • Strong mechanical fitting and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to use standard maintenance tools and precision measuring instruments.
  • Basic ability to read drawings, equipment manuals, and parts diagrams.
  • Ability to work safely under pressure during production breakdowns.
  • Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and emergency maintenance when required.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a maintenance team.

Critical Selection Requirement

This is a specialized production-line maintenance position. Applicants whose experience is limited to bottled-water filling lines, RO plants, automotive maintenance, building maintenance, or general factory maintenance will not qualify unless they also possess direct thermoforming/FFS water cup production-machine experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
