  • Monitor outstanding defects, snags and quality actions with Mechanical Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Participate in mechanical system walkdowns with construction, QA, commissioning, subcontractor and client teams.
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance and close-out of mechanical punch lists / snag lists.
  • Verify that mechanical systems are complete and ready to progress to pre-commissioning, commissioning and turnover.
  • Review mechanical installation and testing records prior to system handover.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) where required.
  • Witness relevant mechanical testing and ensure associated documentation is accurately completed.
  • Work closely with the Commissioning team to identify and resolve quality issues that could impact commissioning readiness.
  • Assist with the preparation and compilation of mechanical test packs, turnover packs and handover documentation.
  • Ensure quality records are correctly uploaded and maintained within the project document management system.
  • Support the completion of O&M documentation, test certificates, as-built records and other project handover documentation.
  • Track quality actions and provide progress updates to the Mechanical QA Lead.
  • Support internal, client and third-party quality audits.
  • Assist with quality reporting including NCR status, inspection progress, outstanding punch items and system completion.
  • Liaise with subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are understood and consistently implemented.
  • Support continuous improvement and lessons-learned activities across the project.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation, traceability and quality compliance throughout the construction and commissioning process.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
