Ως Medical Sales Representative στην Eifron, θα είστε υπεύθυνος για την επικοινωνία και την ανάπτυξη σχέσεων με επαγγελματίες υγείας, όπως γιατρούς και νοσοκομεία, προωθώντας τα προϊόντα της εταιρείας με στόχο την αύξηση της αποδοχής και της διαθεσιμότητας στην αγορά. Θα έχετε ενεργό ρόλο στην ενημέρωση και υποστήριξη των πελατών σχετικά με τα χαρακτηριστικά και τα πλεονεκτήματα των προϊόντων μας.

Η θέση απαιτεί δυναμισμό, επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ικανότητα διαπραγμάτευσης, καθώς και βαθιά κατανόηση των αναγκών της ιατρικής κοινότητας. Βασικά Καθήκοντα:

  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση σχέσεων με ιατρούς και νοσοκομειακές μονάδες
  • Παρουσίαση και προώθηση του χαρτοφυλακίου ιατρικών προϊόντων της Eifron
  • Παρακολούθηση της αγοράς και συλλογή πληροφοριών για ανταγωνιστικά προϊόντα
  • Επίτευξη στόχων πωλήσεων και ανάπτυξη στρατηγικών διεύρυνσης πελατολογίου
  • Συμμετοχή σε εκπαιδεύσεις και ενημερώσεις για τα προϊόντα

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση ιατρικού επισκέπτη ή σε συναφή τομέα πωλήσεων
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα οικοδόμησης και διατήρησης σχέσεων με επαγγελματίες υγείας
  • Οργανωτική ικανότητα και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα
  • Πτυχίο ανώτατης εκπαίδευσης, ιδανικά στην ιατρική, φαρμακευτική ή βιολογία
