📍 Ubicación: Bogotá 💼 Tipo de contrato: Término indefinido 🕐 Horario: Lunes a viernes, de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la operación.

Condiciones laborales

  • Salario: $6.000.000 COP mensuales.
  • Bono/auxilio: $500.000 COP.
  • Medicina prepagada
  • Contrato: Término indefinido.
  • Horario: 42 horas semanales

Propósito del cargo

Buscamos un/a Médico/a Especialista en Medicina Ocupacional para apoyar la gestión de salud ocupacional de la organización, contribuyendo a la prevención de riesgos laborales, el bienestar de los colaboradores y el cumplimiento de la normatividad vigente.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Realizar evaluaciones médicas ocupacionales de ingreso, periódicas, de reintegro y retiro.
  • Determinar la aptitud ocupacional de candidatos y colaboradores de acuerdo con las características y exigencias de cada cargo.
  • Identificar restricciones y recomendaciones médico-laborales y realizar el seguimiento correspondiente.
  • Emitir conceptos de aptitud ocupacional de acuerdo con la normatividad vigente.
  • Apoyar la gestión de casos relacionados con accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades laborales.
  • Participar en programas de promoción de la salud y prevención de riesgos laborales.
  • Brindar orientación técnica en temas relacionados con Medicina Ocupacional y Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
  • Apoyar procesos de auditoría, seguimiento y mejora relacionados con la gestión de salud ocupacional.
  • Garantizar el manejo adecuado y confidencial de la información médica.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Medicina.
  • Especialización en Medicina Ocupacional, Medicina del Trabajo o afines.
  • Licencia vigente para el ejercicio de actividades relacionadas con Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, de acuerdo con la normatividad colombiana.
  • Experiencia de 1 a 2 años en Medicina Ocupacional.
  • Experiencia en evaluaciones médicas ocupacionales.
  • Conocimiento en manejo de restricciones y recomendaciones médico-laborales.
  • Se valorará experiencia en organizaciones de servicios, Contact Center, BPO o sectores similares.
