組織・チームのミッション

  • Merchant Screeningチームは、加盟店業務プロセス全体の運用を担いながら、持続可能で運営しやすい体制の構築と改善・高度化を推進します。同時に、メルペイの事業成長に貢献し、加盟店とお客さまが安心して利用できる環境を支える重要な役割を担います。
  • 外部環境の変化や事業拡大に合わせて、加盟店業務に関連する各部門（営業、システム、審査ルール管掌部門など）の調整役を果たしながら、透明性と効率性を両立する仕組みを構築し、メルカリ・メルペイの事業目標の達成に寄与します。

業務内容

メルペイの加盟店審査を初期審査（オンボーディング時）から途上管理（契約後の継続的モニタリング）まで一気通貫で担い、審査オペレーション全体の構築・運用・高度化を推進していただきます。具体的には以下の業務を担当します

  • 初期審査〜途上管理を貫く審査オペレーションの構築・運用
  • 初期審査基準（属性・与信・商材チェック等）と途上管理基準（定期調査・モニタリング等）を一体的に設計
  • 審査ライフサイクル全体で一貫したリスク管理体制を構築
  • 初期審査で緩和した項目を途上管理側でどう補完するか役割分担を整理
  • 営業・システム・審査ルール管掌部門と連携してオペレーションに実装
  • 途上管理（継続的モニタリング）の高度化
  • 生成AIやデータを活用し、審査・モニタリングオペレーションの抜本的な効率化・自動化を推進。従来人手に頼っていた判断プロセスを、AIを前提とした仕組みへと再設計する
  • 不正防止の体制強化と事業成長のバランスを取った、実効性のある施策を立案・実行

  • 全社的にAI活用を推進する中で、学ぶだけでなく、実際の業務成果としてAI活用の実績をつくることが求められるポジションです。

応募要件

  • 求める経験・スキル
  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • 審査あるいはモニタリングに関連する基準設計や業務改善に携わった経験（実務経験3年以上)
  • 営業や審査ルール管掌部門、システム部門など多岐にわたるチームと密接に連携し、複数部門間の視点を統合してプロセスを進められる方
  • 既存の業務プロセスを安定的に維持すると同時に、持続可能な成長へ向けた新たな取り組みをバランスよく進められる方
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • 生成AI等のツールを業務に取り入れ、業務改善や成果創出につなげた実務経験
  • Fintech業界（電子マネー、カード決済など）における業務経験
  • 割賦販売法や貸金業法に関する知識や理解
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
  • 英語：Independent (CEFR - A2) 歓迎
