組織・チームのミッション

  • リスクマネジメントチームは、メルカリグループ内で決済・与信サービスを提供している「メルペイ」に係る各事業固有のリスク管理のほか、全社的な統合リスク管理（ERM）を行っているチームです。メルペイは資金移動業・貸金業・包括信用購入あっせんなど複数の金融業を営み、与信残高の拡大とともに自らのバランスシートでリスクを取る事業へと進化しています。リスクマネジメントチームが所管する財務リスク管理は、この成長を「どこまでリスクを取れるか」を定量で示すことで支える役割です。伝統的な金融機関のリスク管理手法をベースにしながらも、メルカリという独自の経済圏・データ基盤にフィットする財務リスク管理の在り方を考え、実践していくことが求められます。前例や過去の正解を疑い、大胆にチャレンジするためのリスクマネジメントを一緒に考え、創っていきましょう。

業務内容

  • 財務健全性・自己資本の管理
  • 自己資本の十分性評価、リスク資本の配賦・使用状況のモニタリング
  • ストレスシナリオの策定とストレステストの実施、結果を踏まえた資本・財務計画への提言
  • 事業計画・与信計画に対する財務面からのリスク検証
  • 個人向け与信ポートフォリオの信用リスク管理
  • 個人向け与信ポートフォリオの信用リスク計測（PD/LGD/EAD、予想損失・非予想損失の推計）とモデルの妥当性検証への関与
  • 貸倒引当金の水準に関する2線としての検証・意見形成
  • 与信方針・限度枠（リスクアペタイト、集中リスク、与信基準変更）のモニタリングと逸脱時のエスカレーション
  • 財務リスクに関する管理方針・規程・限度枠の企画・立案および会議体運営（リスク委員会・経営会議等への報告資料の作成と報告）
  • 新商品・新規業務に係る財務リスクのリスクアセスメント、Credit Design／Finance／Accounting／Data Analytics等の関係部署とのコーディネーションおよび対応策の立案
  • リスク低減策・是正計画の実施状況のモニタリング
  • その他、リスク管理に関連する業務全般

  • メルカリの取引データ・独自の信用情報を活用した与信サービスが非連続に伸びるフェーズにおいて、財務リスク管理の枠組み自体を成長に合わせて常にアップデートしていく必要があり、未来を見通す力と前例にとらわれない柔軟な思考が求められます。
  • 少人数のチームであるため、定量分析から規程整備、経営への報告まで一連のプロセスに携わることができ、「計測する人」と「意思決定を支える人」を分断せずに経験できます。
  • 1線（事業側）と近い距離で議論できる環境であり、レポートを出すだけでなく、事業判断そのものに影響を与えることが期待されています。

応募要件

  • 求める経験・スキル
  • メルカリグループおよび各カンパニーのミッションとバリューに共感していただける方
  • 金融機関・金融サービス事業者等における財務リスク領域（信用リスク管理、自己資本・財務健全性管理、ALM／流動性リスク管理、リスク計量のいずれか）の実務経験を3年以上有していること
  • リスクを定量で捉え、データに基づいて自らの見解を組み立て、関係者に説明できること
  • 従来の伝統的な金融機関のやり方に捉われず柔軟な発想で新しいリスク管理の在り方を創っていくという意志があること
  • 歓迎する経験・スキル
  • 与信ポートフォリオの信用リスク計測・スコアリングモデルの開発または検証（モデルバリデーション）の経験
  • 貸倒引当金の見積り、IFRS9／減損会計に関する知見
  • ストレステスト、リスクアペタイト・フレームワーク（RAF）、資本配賦の設計・運用経験
  • 全社的な統合リスク管理（ERM）の経験
  • 貸金業・割賦販売法・資金決済法等、ノンバンク／決済領域の規制に関する知見
  • Fintech企業、ベンチャー企業でのリスク管理業務経験
  • 語学力
  • 日本語：Proficient (CEFR - C1) 必須
  • 英語: Independent (CEFR - B2) 歓迎
