Υποδιευθυντή/ντρια Καταστήματος

Οι αρμοδιότητες σας

  • Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης και αποτελεσματικής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος
  • Παρακολούθηση των πωλήσεων και ενεργή συμμετοχή στην επίτευξη των εταιρικών στόχων
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, συμβάλλοντας στη δημιουργία σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με τους καταναλωτές
  • Διαχείριση και συντονισμός των καθημερινών λειτουργιών του καταστήματος (παραγγελίες, παραλαβές, διαθεσιμότητα κα) και των εργασιών ροής, σύμφωνα με την πολιτική της εταιρείας
  • Συντονισμός και εκπαίδευση της ομάδας των συνεργατών , με στόχο την μέγιστη ανάπτυξη τους
  • Επιμέλεια της γενικότερης εικόνας του καταστήματος και διαφύλαξη της εταιρικής εικόνας

Requirements

Το προφίλ σας

  • Ιδανικά σπουδές ΑΤΕΙ/ ΑΕΙ στα Οικονομικά ή Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στο κλάδο του λιανεμπορίου
  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα ανάπτυξης πωλήσεων & επίτευξης στόχων
  • Απαραίτητη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση ομάδας
  • Καλή γνώση χειρισμού H/Y & αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Ανεπτυγμένες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Δεξιότητες ανάπτυξης πρωτοβουλιών και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
  • Ικανότητες οργάνωσης και προγραμματισμού
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες
