En Multiplica buscamos un/a Microsoft Power BI Senior para liderar técnicamente un proyecto de assessment y gobierno de Power BI, asegurando la calidad, estandarización y correcta administración del ecosistema analítico corporativo.

La persona será responsable de auditar y validar entregables de consultorías externas, implementar buenas prácticas de desarrollo, fortalecer la gestión de ambientes y asegurar estrategias de CI/CD mediante Azure DevOps.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Supervisar y validar técnicamente los entregables de consultorías externas.
  • Auditar modelos de datos, DAX, performance y seguridad RLS.
  • Validar que los requerimientos de negocio estén alineados con la arquitectura corporativa.
  • Asegurar la correcta configuración y homologación de Power BI Workspaces.
  • Diferenciar y gestionar ambientes de desarrollo/pruebas y producción.
  • Implementar y asegurar estrategias de CI/CD con Azure DevOps.
  • Gestionar control de versiones y despliegues de reportes Power BI.
  • Participar en iniciativas de gobierno, auditoría y estandarización.
  • Brindar soporte sobre Power BI posterior al assessment.
  • Actuar como contraparte técnica frente a negocio, TI y proveedores externos.

Requirements

  • 5+ años de experiencia en Power BI.
  • Experiencia sólida como Power BI Senior / Arquitecto Power BI.
  • Dominio de Power BI Service y Power BI Admin Portal.
  • Experiencia con Workspaces, Premium/Fabric y RLS.
  • Experiencia en gobierno y administración de plataformas BI.
  • Conocimiento de Power BI REST APIs o PowerShell.
  • Experiencia con Azure DevOps y CI/CD.
  • Optimización de DAX, modelos de datos y performance.
  • Experiencia trabajando con consultorías/proveedores externos.
  • Conocimientos de Microsoft Fabric y Azure.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo técnico.
  • Certificación PL-300.

  • Microsoft Fabric / OneLake / Lakehouse / Pipelines.
  • Azure SQL.
  • Azure Analysis Services.
  • On-premises Data Gateway.
  • Certificación DP-600.
  • Certificación AZ-104 o relacionada a DevOps/Cloud.
