Requirements

Wymagania

  • 2–4 lata doświadczenia (poziom mid) lub 4+ lat (poziom senior)
  • Dobra znajomość platformy Databricks
  • Dobra znajomość SQL i Pythona
  • Znajomość co najmniej jednego silnika bazodanowego: Oracle, PostgreSQL lub MS SQL
  • Dobra znajomość podstaw hurtowni danych: procesów ładowania oraz architektury warstwowej
  • Znajomość technik modelowania danych (Kimball, Data Vault)
  • Znajomość podejścia do testowania danych i co najmniej jednego narzędzia typu dbt tests lub Great Expectations
  • Rozumienie pojęć data lineage i katalogowania danych
  • Praktyczna znajomość orkiestratorów procesów, np. Airflow, Dagster lub dbt
  • Podstawowa znajomość Azure lub AWS w kontekście przetwarzania danych
  • Umiejętność pracy z repozytorium Git
  • Umiejętność tworzenia dokumentacji budowanych rozwiązań
  • Samodzielność: panowanie nad własnymi zadaniami, ich statusem i priorytetami
  • Dociekliwość w diagnozowaniu problemów z przetwarzaniem danych
  • Otwartość na pracę z narzędziami AI, np. Claude lub GitHub Copilot
  • Chęć zrozumienia biznesu, któremu dostarczasz dane — nie tylko technologii, w której pracujesz

Mile widziane

  • Praktyczna znajomość dbt jako narzędzia transformacji (poza samymi testami) oraz Databricks Asset Bundles (DAB)
  • Podstawowa znajomość koncepcji produktów danych (data products)
  • Znajomość mechanizmów Row Level Security i Column Level Security wraz z umiejętnością ich implementacji
  • Znajomość standardów referencyjnych wybranych domen: BIAN (bankowość), ACORD (ubezpieczenia), HL7/FHIR (ochrona zdrowia)
