Зараз ми шукаємо Middle Sales Managerʼа, який/яка допомагатиме клієнтам знаходити навчання під їхні цілі та супроводжуватиме їх від першого контакту до покупки.

Ти зможеш працювати з одним із брендів компанії:

  • Laba — школа бізнесу та менеджменту;
  • Skvot — освіта для креативних індустрій;
  • robot_dreams — курси в IT, AI, Data Science, ML, gamedev та digital.

Як виглядатиме твоя робота

Ти працюватимеш із гарячими вхідними лідами: консультуватимеш клієнтів, допомагатимеш обрати курс під їхні цілі та супроводжуватимеш до рішення про покупку. Також важливо підтримувати комунікацію з наявною базою клієнтів, працювати на повторні продажі та пропонувати релевантні освітні продукти залежно від потреб клієнта.

Щодня ти взаємодіятимеш із великою кількістю лідів і клієнтів на різних етапах воронки продажів, тому в роботі важливі швидкість та якість комунікації, системність у веденні CRM і вміння працювати у високому темпі.

У твої задачі входитиме:

  • ведення CRM-системи (HubSpot): оновлення статусів, фіксація домовленостей та результатів;
  • комунікація з клієнтами в дзвінках, месенджерах і пошті;
  • робота із запереченнями та супровід клієнта до оплати;
  • занурення у тематики курсів — від маркетингу, фінансів і дизайну до IT, ML та AI;
  • виконання особистих та командних KPI.

Ми оцінюємо не лише процес, а й результат роботи. Основні метрики — виконання плану продажів, конверсія з ліда в оплату, швидкість обробки заявок, якість ведення CRM та командні показники.

Ми очікуємо, що ти швидко зануришся у продукт і процеси, вийдеш на перші продажі вже в перший місяць та після адаптації стабільно виконуватимеш KPI.

Requirements

Ми точно спрацюємось, якщо ти

  • маєш досвід у B2C-продажах від 2 років;
  • вмієш працювати з великим обсягом лідів і дзвінків;
  • володієш техніками продажів (SPIN або іншими);
  • вмієш працювати із запереченнями та доводити клієнта до рішення;
  • любиш продажі та драйв від результату;
  • системно організовуєш свою роботу та пріоритизуєш задачі;
  • береш відповідальність за власні результати;
  • швидко навчаєшся та адаптуєшся до нової інформації;
  • впевнено працюєш із CRM та месенджерами.

Буде плюсом:

  • досвід в EdTech;
  • знання англійської або інших мов від рівня B2.
