Per rafforzare i team di Sala e Cucina, RituAli - divisione Lifestyle di Ali Professional, organizza un Recruiting Day interamente dedicato alle prestigiose strutture di Minor Hotels sulla città di Milano: una giornata di selezione dedicata ai professionisti che desiderano entrare a far parte di uno dei principali gruppi alberghieri internazionali.

L'evento rappresenterà un'opportunità per incontrare direttamente i responsabili delle selezioni e i capi servizio, conoscere più da vicino il mondo Minor Hotels, approfondire le opportunità di carriera all'interno delle strutture del gruppo e sostenere un colloquio conoscitivo, così come una prova pratica.

Il profilo che cerchiamo

  • Esperienza pregressa analoga in strutture di categoria e complessità simili.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese almeno a livello base/intermedio, per interagire con una clientela internazionale.
  • Disponibilità al lavoro full time su 5 giorni a settimana, con eventuali turni spezzati in base alle esigenze operative.
  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capacità di operare in un ambiente dinamico.
