Die Trilog Batterielogistik GmbH in Saalburg-Ebersdorf ist ein spezialisiertes Logistikunternehmen im Bereich Vertrieb, Konfektionierung und Logistik von Batterien aller Art

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen zuverlässigen und engagierten Einkäufer (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Erstellung von Marktanalysen
  • Selbstständige Betreuung von Lieferanten
  • Durchführung von Preisverhandlungen mit Lieferanten
  • Komplette Abwicklung von Bestellungen, von der Mengenbestimmung und Erfassung bis zur eventuellen Abholung beim Lieferanten und termingerechten Lieferung bei Trilog
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen (zum Beispiel die Suche nach günstigeren Alternativen)
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards und Spezifikationen
  • Verantwortlich für Behebung eventueller Probleme beim Lieferanten (falsche Rechnungsstellung, falsche oder zu späte Lieferung oder anderweitige Reklamationen)
  • Neuanlage, Kontrolle und Pflege der Bestellungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Artikelneuanlage und Lieferantenneuanlage im Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Überwachung der Lagerbestände zwecks Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit
  • Nachbestellung von Artikeln in bedarfsgerechten Mengen gemäß Bestellvorschlagswesen
  • Kontrolle und Pflege der Lieferantenrahmenvereinbarungen
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Kostenreduzierungsmaßnahmen
  • Aktualisieren aller Artikeldaten mit Hinblick auf die ständig ändernden Vorschriften und (europäische) Reglungen

Requirements

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Einkauf wünschenswert aber nicht zwingend erforderlich, gerne bieten wir auch Quereinsteigern eine Möglichkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihre analytischen Fähigkeiten
  • Sie sind flexibel, selbstständig und besitzen ein ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent runden Ihr Profil ab
