The Team / チームについて

Mobile Growth チームのシニアモバイルエンジニアとして、SmartNews アプリのユーザー成長とエンゲージメント向上につながる機能の設計から提供までをリードしていただきます。iOS と Android の両方に関わりながら、必要に応じてより広い技術領域にも柔軟に取り組み、プロダクトへのインパクト創出を推進します。

Role Mission / ミッション

このポジションでは、強いオーナーシップ、アイデアの立案から実装までを自ら推進する力、そして新しい技術を学び続ける姿勢が求められます。各部門と効果的に連携しながら、実践的な意思決定を行い、プロダクトのあるべき姿を形づくっていきます。プロトタイプから本番品質のコードのリリースまでをスピーディーに進めるだけでなく、リリース後も機能を継続的に運用し、品質やインパクトをモニタリングしながら改善を重ね、SmartNews アプリを大規模に成長させていきます。

プロジェクト例は以下に限りません。

  • News UX: ユーザーがよりよく情報に触れられる新しい体験を提供します。動画・音声コンテンツなどの新たな情報体験に加え、AI 翻訳や AI 要約を通じて、より多くのユーザーに価値を届けます。
  • User Habits: ユーザーが毎日アプリを開く価値を高めます。クーポン、ミッション・ポイント、ミニゲームなどを通じて、継続的な利用習慣とエンゲージメントの向上を目指します。

Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

  • SmartNews アプリの機能設計から提供までをリードします。新たな取り組みの立ち上げから、数百万人のユーザーが日々利用する既存機能の改善まで幅広く担います。
  • モバイル機能をエンドツーエンドでオーナーシップを持って担当し、継続的な開発からオンコール対応、品質モニタリングまで責任を持って推進します。
  • Android と iOS の両方に柔軟に貢献し、マルチプラットフォーム技術や AI ツールを活用して、より速く価値を届けます。
  • 課題領域にオーナーシップを持ち、ユーザーニーズを特定し、解決策を提案し、完遂まで推進します。
  • プロダクトマネージャー、デザイナー、エンジニアと密に連携しながら機能を形づくります。プロダクト開発に対して自分なりの見解を持ち、最も実践的な解決策を追求します。
  • 周囲にとって技術的に頼れる存在となり、自身およびチームが担う領域のエンジニアリング水準を引き上げます。

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • Kotlin または Swift を用いたモバイルアプリケーションのプロダクト開発経験（4年以上）を有し、Jetpack Compose または SwiftUI を用いた優れた UI 構築に精通していること。
  • クロスファンクショナルなチームにおいて、プロダクト開発をリードし、構築・検証・リリースまで推進した実績と強い意欲を有していること。
  • AI / エージェント型コーディングツールを実務で活用した経験があり、それらを開発ライフサイクルに効果的に組み込み、技術環境の変化に応じてチームでの活用方法を改善していけること。
  • 大規模なコードベースにおいて、システム設計、モジュール化、依存性注入などを活用し、保守性・テスト容易性の高いコードベースを構築してきた経験と意欲を有していること。
  • 英語・日本語の双方でビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力を有していること。

歓迎する経験・スキル

  • Kotlin Multiplatform および / または Compose Multiplatform を用いて、Android・iOS の両方に対応した開発経験。
  • Web および / またはバックエンド開発を含む、フルスタックでの開発経験。
  • プロダクトを 0 から 1 へ立ち上げた経験。
  • モバイルアプリケーションの CI/CD に関する経験。
