Workana está en busca de un Desarrollador Mobile con experiencia en Productos para una fintech, con varios años de trayectoria y operaciones multipaís en América Latina. Nuestro cliente tiene como propósito democratizar el acceso a los servicios financieros mediante soluciones digitales innovadoras, rápidas y accesibles, y actualmente avanza con proyecto de un Super App regional que integrará múltiples servicios financieros en una sola plataforma.

Objetivo del Cargo

Diseñar, programar y mantener aplicaciones móviles nativas/híbridas para Android e iOS, y actuar como enlace funcional entre el equipo de desarrollo, QA y el negocio/cliente, gestionando el backlog de producto, facilitando ceremonias ágiles y asegurando la calidad de las entregas. El objetivo es que una sola persona pueda moverse con fluidez entre la ejecución técnica y la coordinación funcional, sin que ninguna de las dos funciones quede desatendida.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Programar interfaces de usuario en Android y iOS según diseños entregados en Figma.
  • Integrar pantallas con APIs REST utilizando JSON.
  • Asegurar rendimiento fluido, buena experiencia de usuario y compatibilidad multiplataforma.
  • Gestionar el código en sistemas de control de versiones (Git).
  • Implementar buenas prácticas de programación (código limpio, modular y mantenible).
  • Gestión de Producto y Coordinación Ágil
  • Gestionar y priorizar el backlog de producto junto con stakeholders.
  • Facilitar ceremonias ágiles (dailies, sprint planning, reviews, retros).
  • Servir de puente de comunicación entre cliente/negocio y el equipo de desarrollo.
  • Realizar pruebas funcionales y colaborar con QA en validaciones.
  • Documentar requerimientos e historias de usuario claras y trazables.

Requirements

  • Pregrado/Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.
  • 2 a 3 años combinados en desarrollo de aplicaciones móviles y/o gestión de producto digital (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Business Analyst). Se valora especialmente experiencia dual (técnica + funcional).

Conocimientos técnicos de Desarrollo

  • Android Studio (Kotlin o Java) Conocimentos técnicos de Desarrollo
  • Xcode (Swift; SwiftUI deseable)
  • Flutter
  • Consumo de servicios RESTful, manejo de flujos de datos asíncronos
  • Almacenamiento local (SharedPreferences, CoreData, SQLite)
  • Git y metodologías ágiles
  • Experiencia trabajando con diseños en Figma

Conocimientos en Gestión de Producto/Ágil

  • Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) Conocimientos en Gestión de Producto/Ágil
  • Gestión de backlog, historias de usuario, priorización
  • Herramientas de gestión (Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello o similares)
  • Facilitación de ceremonias ágiles
  • Comunicación con stakeholders y clientes multipaís
  • QA funcional / validación de entregables
