Do you want to love what you do at work? Do you want to make a difference, an impact, transform people’s lives? Do you want to work with a team that believes in disrupting the normal, boring, and average?

If yes, then this is the job you’re looking for. UXBERT Labs is one of the best digital and user experience design agencies in the GCC working with the biggest regional and international brands such as STC, Amazon, Gucci and more. Requirements

Lead iOS and Android development using React Native and TypeScript; set standards for code quality, testing, and reviews. ● Architect scalable, maintainable mobile solutions (state management, navigation, caching, offline-first and analytics). ● Deliver pixel-perfect UI from Figma with high-quality animations and consistent behaviour across devices. ● Own mobile release management: CI/CD, OTA updates (where applicable), store submissions, and post-release monitoring. ● Collaborate with backend teams on API contracts, performance, and reliability; ensure robust error handling and observability. ● Mentor and support engineers through sprints, planning, estimation, technical guidance, and 1:1 coaching. ● Report weekly to the Head of Engineering on progress, risks, and roadmap delivery. Must-have requirements ● 7+ years building mobile apps with 3+ years of production React Native experience at scale. ● Strong TypeScript and JavaScript fundamentals; proven ability to write clean, well-structured code (not just glue code). ● Deep mobile fundamentals: performance profiling, memory management, networking, offline storage, and app lifecycle. ● Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD and release pipelines (Fastlane, EAS, GitHub Actions/Bitrise/CircleCI, etc.). ● Experience with OTA updates and feature flagging strategies.

● Excellent understanding of iOS/Android UX patterns and App Store / Play Store requirements. ● Leadership experience guiding a remote or cross-functional team; strong communication and accountability. Nice-to-have ● Expo (managed workflow) and EAS build experience. ● Node.js API familiarity (to collaborate effectively with backend teams). ● Advanced UI/graphics work (e.g., maps/GPS, charts, OpenGL/Canvas, animation-heavy experiences). ● Experience in fintech, loyalty, e-commerce, delivery/logistics, gaming or high-traffic consumer apps. ● PostgreSQL knowledge and data modelling awareness (helpful for end-to-end thinking). What we look for (craft + ownership) ● You sweat the details (pixel-perfect UI, clean diffs, reusable components, and consistent conventions). ● You are pragmatic: you choose the simplest architecture that will scale, and you know when to refactor. ● You ship reliably: predictable delivery, clear risk management, and high-quality releases. ● You can defend your technical decisions and document trade-offs. What to include in your application ● Links to shipped apps (App Store / Google Play) and/or GitHub/portfolio. ● A brief note on your most complex React Native project and what you owned end-to-end.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
