The posting

Buscamos Modista con experiencia en la confección de vestidos de novia y alta costura con un fuerte enfoque en calidad, atención al detalle, liderazgo de equipos y dominio de procesos textiles especializados. Su misión será asegurar que cada pieza cumpla con los estándares de excelencia de la marca y que los tiempos de entrega se respeten según el calendario de producción.

Responsabilidades :

  • Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de costureras, patronistas y bordadoras.
  • Verificar la calidad en cada etapa del proceso: corte, armado, confección, ajustes y acabados.
  • Realizar pruebas de ajuste con las novias o coordinarse con el área de atención al cliente para asegurar un calce perfecto.
  • Revisar y aprobar patrones, trazos y técnicas de confección.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora en procesos, tiempos y métodos de trabajo.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de higiene, orden y seguridad en el taller.

Requisitos:

  • Escolaridad en moda, diseño de modas, confección industrial o carrera afín (deseable).
  • Mínimo 1 año en puestos similares dentro del sector de alta costura o vestidos de novia.
  • Dominio de técnicas de confección fina, ajuste, armado de corsetería y manejo de materiales delicados.
  • Excelente manejo de maquinaria de confección (recta, over).
  • Control de calidad en alta costura.

  • Horario: de lunes a viernes de 10:30 am a 7:30 pm (sábados 10:30am a 5:00pm)
