Importante empresa líder en la elaboración de alimentos de consumo masivo linea de embutidos, con una sólida trayectoria en el mercado nacional, busca un Monitor de Calidad con alta energía para integrarse a su equipo de operaciones. Este rol es el pilar preventivo clave en planta, encargado de asegurar que cada etapa del proceso productivo cumpla con los más altos estándares de inocuidad. Buscamos a un profesional dinámico y con gran capacidad de observación, que desee aportar una visión renovada a la industria y contribuir directamente a la excelencia de una marca reconocida por su tradición y calidad.

Responsabilidades

Tu misión será garantizar la integridad y calidad del proceso productivo en terreno:

  • Supervisión de Logística Crítica: Liderar la inspección en los procesos de carga y descarga, verificando condiciones de transporte, temperaturas y estado de las materias primas.
  • Control Documental: Validar y organizar la documentación técnica y registros de trazabilidad, asegurando que toda la operación esté debidamente respaldada.
  • Vigilancia de Inocuidad: Monitorear permanentemente el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y los puntos críticos de control (PCC) en planta.
  • Auditoría de Procesos: Revisar la calidad en las distintas etapas de la cadena productiva, detectando oportunidades de mejora y aplicando medidas correctivas inmediatas.
  • Reportabilidad Técnica: Elaborar informes diarios de hallazgos y control de mermas, transformando la observación en planta en datos para la gestión de calidad.
  • Colaboración Operativa: Trabajar en conjunto con el equipo de planta para asegurar que la eficiencia productiva nunca comprometa la seguridad alimentaria.

Habilidades Técnicas

  • Normativa Sanitaria: Conocimiento sólido del Reglamento Sanitario de los Alimentos (RSA), SAG y SEREMI.
  • Sistemas de Gestión: Manejo experto de protocolos HACCP, POS y estándares de inocuidad alimentaria.
  • Control de Procesos: Capacidad para el análisis de variables críticas en líneas de producción de alimentos.
  • Herramientas Digitales: Manejo de Microsoft Excel para el registro de datos y elaboración de reportes de gestión y manejo de inteligencia artificial.

Requisitos

  • Formación: Titulado(a) de Técnico en Alimentos, Control de Calidad, Ingeniería en Alimentos o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia: 1 a 6 años de experiencia.
  • Filtro de Sector: Experiencia demostrable en la industria alimentaria general (lácteos, bebidas, agroindustria, etc.). No debe poseer experiencia previa en el rubro cárnico (buscamos transferencia de buenas prácticas de otros sectores).
  • Ubicación: Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma presencial en la comuna de Colina.
  • Disponibilidad: Inmediata.

Horarios:

  • Temporada baja de Lunes a viernes de 8:00 a 17:00: Miércoles a las 16:30.
  • Temporada alta (Agosto, septiembre y diciembre): Lunes a Sábado de 8:00 a 15:00.
