Per solida realtà sita a Brescia e facente parte di una multinazionale leader nel settore impiantistica, ricerchiamo una figura di Montatore meccanico di impianti.

Di cosa ti occuperai?

· Eseguire le operazioni di montaggio secondo disegni / schemi / specifiche

· Eseguire i controlli qualità con compilazione di specifici report

· Collaborare, con altre funzioni, per le seguenti attività:

o Controllo qualità (visivo semplice e numerico): per segnalazioni problematiche in accettazione componenti

o Service: per il ripristino / rigenerazione di componenti danneggiati

· Svolgere le attività di competenza entro le scadenze pianificate dal sistema PWA, provvedendo alla puntuale pianificazione settimanale.

· Segnalare ed eventualmente gestire le non conformità / reclami con azioni correttive, preventive e di miglioramento in collaborazione con il proprio responsabile di area.

· Portare a compimento, in tempi adeguati, le attività previste dal trattamento.

Registrare puntualmente il trattamento e l’esito nel software gestionale Navision

Requirements

· Buona manualità ed elevato senso pratico

· Buona capacità d’uso attrezzi manuali per il montaggio e macchinari per aggiustaggio durante il montaggio (es. tornio parallelo, trapano radiale, fresatrice, lapidello)

· Buona capacità uso strumenti base per il controllo (es. calibri, comparatori, spessimetri, ecc.)

· Buona capacità di movimentazione tramite carroponte e gru a bandiera

· Ottima precisione ed elevata affidabilità.

· Conoscenza del disegno tecnico (lettura) e quotatura.

· Conoscenza di impiantistica/meccanica/oleodinamica

· Buona conoscenza componenti impianto

· Buona conoscenza normative interne per il controllo di qualità componenti

· Buona conoscenza dei programmi Microsoft Office.

Preferenziale:

· Buona conoscenza software di gestione documentale Arxivar.

· Ottima conoscenza software gestionale Navision.

Soft Skills:

· Buona capacità di programmare e organizzare il proprio lavoro.

· Buona capacità di identificare l’entità problemi analizzando le cause.

· Buona capacità di ottenere la soluzione dei problemi (problem solving) stabilendo le priorità di azione.

· Buona capacità di relazionarsi con il personale interno

· Buona capacità di svolgere lavoro di squadra in qualità di facilitatore dell’attività lavorativa.

· Buona capacità di monitorare e rispettare gli obiettivi pianificati.

· Buona capacità di reporting delle attività svolte.

· Propensione al miglioramento continuo.

Competenze linguistiche richieste:

· Conoscenza lingua inglese livello A1

Esperienza richiesta:

· Diploma di Perito o tecnico industriale

· Esperienza pregressa come addetto assemblaggio o attrezzista
