Ügyfelünk stabil, nemzetközi háttérrel rendelkező, folyamatosan fejlődő gyártóvállalat Fejér megyében. Üzemük modern technológiával, strukturált működéssel és erős minőségfókusszal dolgozik, termékeik ipari és infrastruktúra jellegű felhasználási területeken jelennek meg.

  • 7 fős logisztikai csapat vezetése
  • a pontos tervezés legjobb gyakorlatainak és módszereinek kialakítása és átvétele más üzemektől
  • a termelés folyamatos újratervezése a tényleges termelési előrehaladás alapján
  • a napi termelési tervek elkészítése a gyártástervezőkkel együtt, figyelembe véve az anyag- és munkaerő-tevékenységeket
  • pontos kapacitáselemzés végrehajtása - közép- és hosszú távú kapacitás- és termelési tervek készítése
  • a termelési tervek alapján az anyagtervezés végrehajtása
  • a nyersanyagok napi diszpozíciójának és beszerzésének felügyelete és ellenőrzése
  • a nyersanyagok és alkatrészek beszállítóktól való beérkezésének ellenőrzése • a helyszíni és külső raktárkészlet szintjének ellenőrzése • a készletösszetétel és a készletszint optimalizálása a pontos termelési tervek alapján
  • a belső csomagolási és üzembe helyezési tevékenységek ellenőrzése
  • a raktárak optimális működtetése
  • a házon belüli vagy intra-logisztikai tevékenységek ellenőrzése
  • ERP-bázisadatok elemzése és kiigazítása (SAP)
  • az ERP frissítésének, az alapadatok beállításának és az ERP karbantartási tevékenységeknek a támogatása
  • a leltárral és a teljesítményre vonatkozó KPI-okkal kapcsolatos jelentéstétel támogatása

Requirements

  • felsőfokú végzettség; logisztikai, supply chain, gazdasági vagy műszaki terület
  • minimum 3–5 év releváns logisztikai / supply chain tapasztalat lehetőleg gyártóvállalati környezetben
  • vezetői tapasztalat
  • termeléstervezési, anyagtervezési, raktározási és készletgazdálkodási folyamatok magabiztos ismerete
  • SAP Master fokozatú tudás
  • Angol nyelv magabiztos használata; a pozícióhoz illeszkedő üzleti kommunikáció
  • strukturált és analitikus gondolkodás
  • can-do attitűd
