Delaney Computer Services, Inc. is an established managed IT and cybersecurity services provider supporting organizations across the Northern New Jersey and NYC metro area. The company delivers outsourced IT support, infrastructure management, and compliance-focused services to clients that rely on dependable technology and responsive technical expertise.

This is an opportunity to join a close-knit technical team in a fast-moving MSP environment where the work is varied, practical, and hands-on. The role is suited to someone who enjoys solving real technical problems, working directly in client environments, and bringing a versatile approach across a broad range of systems and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across client environments.
  • Lead IT projects from planning through execution.
  • Provide both in-office and on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Support client environments involving point of sale, AV, networking, and access control systems.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced MSP setting with demanding client needs.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • A few years of hands-on IT support experience beyond help desk support.
  • Experience working in a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for real-world network problems.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, including Entra ID identity management.
  • Experience working on-site in client environments.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Comfort driving in and out of New York City and operating a company vehicle.
  • Availability for after-hours support obligations, holiday support, and occasional weekend on-site support during unusual major client situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with point of sale systems.
  • Familiarity with AV systems.
  • Familiarity with access control systems.
