The posting

This is a role for a multi-skilled, foot mobile engineer, who has a background in mechanical work.

The work is fast-paced and we welcome ambitious candidates looking to steeply progress their career in maintenance and engineering.

You will be:

  • Reeve's first line of service: running a first assessment of the situation: carry out repairs or recommending a specialist contractor on site, pressure and temperature readings, isolating whether a fault is mechanical, controls or electrical, replacing tap cartridges, valves, actuators, TRVs, small pipework alterations, fan and motor swaps.
  • Performing site inspections, identifying and reporting the need for major repairs.
  • When required, you’ll be present when contractors attend sites and ensure completion of the works are up to Kitt’s standards.
  • Performing maintenance and repairs including providing support to the wider operations team (whiteboards, fixing TVs on walls etc)
  • Performing light carpentry (e.g. building cabinets)

What is Reeve?

Kitt designs and operates workspace for brands worth leaving home for. Reeve is our sister platform - the team that run the portfolio: reactive jobs, compliance, suppliers, dispatch, reporting. Same business, two brands.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
