■業務内容

当社が提供するネット証券サービスにおいて、お客様からの各種お問い合わせ対応を中心にご担当いただきます。主に、システムの操作方法や不具合に関するご質問、サービスに関するご相談などに対して、チャットやメール、電話などを通じてご対応いただきます。

また、お問い合わせ内容の傾向を分析し、FAQや業務マニュアルの作成・更新、レポートの作成、対応履歴・問い合わせ件数などのデータ管理にも携わっていただきます。単なる対応業務にとどまらず、サービス品質の向上や業務効率化に向けた改善提案にも積極的に関わっていただくことを期待しています。

さらに、業務上、海外の開発・運用チーム（特に中国本社）との連携が発生することもあり、状況に応じて中国語でのコミュニケーションが必要となります。

Requirements

【必須（MUST）】

・OAスキル3年以上（Excel、Word、メールなど）

・日本語母国語レベル

・カスタマーサポートまたは顧客対応業務の経験（電話・メール・チャット等）

・投資や株式に対する基本的な理解または興味関心

・丁寧で正確な対応ができる方／マルチタスクに対応できる方

【歓迎（WANT）】

・金融業界での経験や、外務員資格(第一種・第二種)を持っている方歓迎します

・外務員資格については資格取得の意欲がある方

・第二新卒も大歓迎

・中国語ビジネスレベル（社内外コミュニケーションに使用）

年間休日：120日以上

休日：週休二日制（休日は土日祝日）土日対応する場合もありますが、その際に振休取得していただきます。
