Notre client est à la recherche d'un National Sales Manager expérimenté pour diriger notre équipe de vente à l'échelle nationale. Le National Sales Manager sera chargé de développer et d'exécuter des stratégies de vente qui atteignent les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires, tout en bâtissant des relations solides avec nos clients. Ce rôle demande une expertise en leadership, une excellente maîtrise des processus de vente et une capacité à analyser les tendances du marché pour stimuler la croissance des affaires. Si vous êtes un leader motivé avec un penchant pour la stratégie et l'exécution, nous aimerions vous rencontrer.

Responsibilities

  • Élaborer et exécuter des plans de vente nationaux adaptés pour développer le marché et atteindre les objectifs de revenus
  • Superviser et gérer les équipes de vente régionales pour garantir des performances optimales
  • Identifier les opportunités de marché et établir des relations durables avec des clients stratégiques
  • Analyser les performances des ventes et ajuster les stratégies en fonction des résultats
  • Fournir des formations continues à l'équipe de vente pour améliorer l'efficacité et les compétences en vente
  • Collaborer avec les départements Marketing et Développement de produits pour assurer la cohérence des initiatives de vente
  • Préparer et présenter des rapports de vente à la direction, incluant des prévisions et des analyses de tendances

Requirements

  • Diplôme en ventes, marketing ou domaine connexe
  • Minimum de 8-10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de vente, dont plusieurs années en gestion
  • Expérience avérée dans le développement et l'exécution de stratégies de vente réussies
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et négociation
  • Capacité à analyser les données de vente et à élaborer des plans d'action basés sur ces analyses
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM et des logiciels de gestion de vente
  • Volonté de voyager si nécessaire pour rencontrer les clients et soutenir l'équipe de vente
