🧭 主な業務内容

  • お客様からのご依頼を期日内に対応し、最適な選択肢を複数ご提案
  • お客様のライフスタイル、嗜好、ニーズを深く理解し、丁寧なヒアリングを実施
  • ご要望に応じたリサーチ・提案・手配を行い、期待を超える体験を提供
  • お客様に寄り添いながら、より豊かなライフスタイルを提案
  • 社内外の関係者と連携し、スムーズなコミュニケーションを確保
  • クレーム対応時には「会員満足アンバサダー」と連携し、課題を迅速に解決

Requirements

🎓 応募資格（MUST）

  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル以上
  • ホスピタリティ、旅行、カスタマーサービス、コンシェルジュ、またはコールセンター業務でのご経験
  • 高いコミュニケーションスキルと顧客対応力
  • 問題解決能力・柔軟な判断力・丁寧な対応姿勢
  • 複数案件を同時に管理し、優先順位をつけて対応できるスキル
  • Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、PowerPoint）などの基本操作スキル

💡 歓迎スキル・経験

  • 航空券・ホテルなど旅行関連の予約・手配経験
  • GDSシステム（特にAmadeus）使用経験
  • コンシェルジュ、カスタマーサポート、または旅行業界での実務経験
  • 富裕層や富裕層顧客対応経験
  • 英語でのコミュニケーションスキル（読み書き・会話）

🕓 勤務条件

  • フルタイム（週40時間）
  • シフト制（06:00～23:00の間で柔軟に勤務可能な方）
  • 土日祝勤務あり
